We provide hotel pick-up and drop-off for many of our tours.  We pick up for this specific tour from the hotels listed below at the times indicated.  If your hotel is not listed, you must either arrange with us to go to one of these hotels for pick-up, or you may come to our office near Fisherman's Wharf. If you do not arrange a specific hotel on this list for pick-up, you will be confirmed for meeting the tour at our office.

Your E-Ticket will confirm the location where you will meet your tour.  The E-Ticket will also include a phone number to call 24 to 48 hours prior to the tour to confirm the pick-up time and specific location (which entrance at the hotel we pick-up from). Pick-up times are subject to change without notice, so ALWAYS check with the tour supplier 24 to 48 hours prior to the tour to confirm the pickup time and location.

Please Note:  We do not pick up from any hotels that are not on this list.

Special Note: The return for most hotels on most tours is immediately following the tour. However, there are notable exceptions. Hotels in the vicinity of San Francisco International Airport (in South San Francisco, Millbrae, Burlingame, and Brisbane) are too far away from our base in San Francisco to make pickups possible for all tours. For instance, there is no "airport" pick-up available for the Yosemite tour. On Wine Country and Monterey tours, guests from "airport" hotels will be dropped off at the end of the tour. San Francisco City Tours and Muir Woods/Sausalito Tours from "airport" hotels have only one return - departing from Pier 33 at 5:30pm (6:15pm summer months) or from the Tower Tours office at 5:45pm (6:30pm summer months).

Tours to Alcatraz which also include either a San Francisco City Tour or a Muir Woods/Sausalito Tour may not have a hotel return because the Alcatraz tour, which occurs in the afternoon, is open-ended. Customers ending their tour with Alcatraz, returning to Fisherman's Wharf in time, may use the 5:45pm return from Pier 33. A surcharge for pick-ups and returns from the "airport" hotels has been added to the prices of those tours.
