There are no refunds. All sales are final.

If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

If you choose this option, you will be buying transportation only -- the use of the limo, sedan, or bus and driver/guide for the specified number of hours to tour the Wine Country. You will pay for all other costs as you go, including fees for touring and tastings at the wineries, lunch, and any other extras. There are a few wineries in Sonoma that do not charge a fee for touring, but most do charge, and you may estimate that the average cost will be $10 per person per winery.

Please realize that the wineries do need reservations for groups of eight or more. While we make our vehicles available on a transportation-only basis, we recommend that you have us make all the arrangements for your tour. Our sedans, limos, and buses are extremely nice. Our drivers/guides are personable and are knowledgeable about the California Wine Country.

Please note: We recommend an 8 hour minimum for transportation from San Francisco to the Wine Country and back (and the travel time between San Francisco and the Wine Country is approximately 1 1/2 hours). There is a 6 hour minimum for wine tours from a Napa/Sonoma location.

Napa and Sonoma Counties are located side-by-side north of San Francisco. Driving time is an hour and a half to two hours from San Francisco (depending upon traffic). Each winery has its own unique flavor and charm.

Napa Valley is world-famous as the home to hundreds of wineries. The primary regions in Napa County are Napa, Yountville, Oakville/Rutherford, Calistoga, and St. Helena. Wineries are generally classified as "Estate" cellars (larger) to the small family-owned "boutique" wineries. We will give you the opportunity to see the beautiful Napa Valley and both estate and boutique wineries.

Sonoma Valley also features hundreds of wineries. Sonoma County is unique because it is home to five distinct wine regions: Los Carneros District, Sonoma Valley, Russian River Valley, Dry Creek Valley, and Alexander Valley. The oldest winery in California is located near downtown Sonoma, and Sonoma County is the home of the largest producer of champagne in the United States.
