If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Our guides take you along the scenic places in San Francisco. A waterproof camera will be handy to capture the world-class scenery.

Children should paddle with an adult in the back on a double kayak - the adult will be doing most of the paddling. Ability to swim is not required, though it is always beneficial.

Depending on the day's tide and weather condition we take different routes and see different sights.

Your guide will provide a valuable paddle stroke clinic, take you to the most intriguing places, and be a safety escort during the trip.

These boat trips are good for beginners, children, and advanced paddlers who are new to San Francisco Bay.

This tour does not operate on Christmas Day or New Year's Day.

We provide: all the splash gear, a paddling lesson, a safety chase power boat.

Typical Itinerary: Hour 0-1: check-in, trip briefing, transit to put-in location (if necessary), gear up, fitting touring kayaks; Hour 1-3: paddle on the water; Hour 4: return, rinse gear and kayak, check-out. If the put-out location is not at our office, you will be transported back to our office at the end of the tour.

Bring: change of clothes, hat, towel, carbonated water (reduces motion sickness), snacks, sun protection (sunblock, sunglasses). It is typical that you end up with wet spots on your pants or shirt.

Also recommend - sunglasses leash, contact lenses (rather than prescription glasses).

Because safety guides are nearby, you do not need to wear a wetsuit on this guided trip. We provide the following gear: dry jacket, spray skirt, life jacket, paddle, enclosed touring sea kayak.
