If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

No trip to California would be complete without a visit to Yosemite National Park, the flagship of America's National Park Service. Yosemite covers 1189 square miles of some of the world's most spectacular scenery. Enjoy waterfalls, glaciated cliffs, bears, hiking, Giant Sequoias, swimming, snow, amazing trails, rock climber spotting, camp fires, sunny weather, diving into ice cold lakes, meeting new people, and much more.

Yosemite National Park is located roughly 200 miles east of San Francisco. The travel time to Yosemite from San Francisco is approximately 3.5 hours.

Motorcoach Itinerary: San Francisco hotel pick-up between 7:15 am and 8:00 am. Brief stop around 10:30 am. Enter Yosemite Park at about 12:15.

Valley Sights Include:

On the way in we drive up to Tunnel View to see most of Yosemite Valley including El Capitan, Bridalveil Falls, and the Half Dome. Driving on the south side of Merced River you see The Three Brothers, Sentinel Rock, Yosemite Falls, and Meadows. Past the Chapel and crossing the Sentinel Bridge we reach Yosemite Lodge by 1:45 pm. With two hours there, you can walk to Yosemite Falls and take the free shuttle to the Visitor Center. (A two hour Valley Floor tour on an open air tram is operated from Yosemite Lodge - check with your driver/guide for details.)

Return Trip from Yosemite Lodge at 3:45, arriving at San Francisco after 8:30 pm.
